Loops Haunt :: Welcome to Littlebig

LOOPS SPPPACCEEbig.jpg

LOOPS HAUNT is a 23 year old Scottish based producer working with a "make it fit" approach to electronic music, manipulating and sampling up sound from old hardware, twisting it untill it sounds right. finally finding a home between the shifting scenes of dubstep, hiphop and electronic.
Loops has been receiving support from Radio1's Mary Anne Hobbs, Lucky Me, The Glitch Mob, Wrong Music and Rustie just uploaded his new mix which features 2 LH tracks.

You can catch Loops playing various live dates around the uk and europe where he's dropping jaws with his mangled tech drums, space synth, and deep ugly bass.. watchout for fourthcoming releases on Black Acre Records, Fortified Glasgow, EkleKtiK france.

From Boomkat:: First release for Black Acre::
Hugely impressive instro-hip-hop dynamics from the Lucky Me-associated Loops Haunt. 'Impact Omnihammer' is his first release, dropping two tracks of insane crushed beat styles on the increasingly crafty Black Acre imprint. The title track gives the wonked-beat ting an industrial jack-boot to the teef with shockingly well manipulated rhythms, before 'Joplin' shows his nicer side with dainty melodies and beats like Clark tussling with Architeq over the last line of Kenny. A must check for fans of techy, beat-driven electronics - highly recommended!
